The Birds and the Bees is a multiple award winning converted farm steading bar and bistro in the beautiful town of Stirling. Opened in 1978, the restaurant is a short walk away from the historic Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle.

It is a family run restaurant and they pride themselves on a warm welcome which has helped win the hearts of locals and visitors alike. The building has retained many of the original characteristics and enjoys features such as a roaring log fire in the cosy bar, perfect for a pre-dinner drink or after dinner coffee, and an extensive garden terrace for relaxing in on those beautiful summer evenings with a glass of wine.

The menu offers both traditional favourites and more international dishes and all the food is made using fresh local produce cooked to order. Begin with ‘Medallions of Haggis’ or ‘Homemade Chicken Liver Parfait’ before treating yourself to ‘Chunks of Tender Scottish Beef ’ or a juicy steak from the selection of prime ‘Aberdeen Angus Beef’.  To add to your evening treat yourself to one of the cask ales on offer or select a bottle to share from the fine selection of wines.

This is the perfect place for a relaxed and enjoyable day or evening out!
