This fantastic course is a full day of cooking hearty, traditional Scottish dishes coupled with a whisky nosing, hosted by a Glenfiddich Ambassador who is a true expert in their field!
Upon arrival you will be met by the friendly team at the Edinburgh School of Food and Wine who will show you to the school kitchens where you will be given an overview of the day’s proceedings. Following on from this, the in house Chef will demonstrate the creation of a starter, main course and dessert, but make sure you pay attention though as it’s your turn next! Then, under the expert tuition of the school Chef, you will have the opportunity to recreate the dishes and then sit down with a glass of wine (or two!) to enjoy your culinary creations for lunch.
The day culminates in a single malt whisky masterclass, delivered by one of Glenfiddich’s whisky experts. You will be introduced to the art of nosing and tasting single malts enjoying 5 different drams from the Glenfiddich range including a 21 year old Gran Reserva!
