About Your Experience
This 1 hour quad biking experience is a great introduction to this off-road sport and ideally located in Dunkeld, the heart of Perthshire.
At the start of this event you will be kitted out with overalls and the latest safety gear, before a full safety briefing. You’ll be allocated your quad bike (suitable to your skill level and size) before venturing out on the trek. In easy terrain you’ll learn about driving the quads, weight distribution and safe practices. Your instructor will give you personal hints and tips for you to get the best out of the experience and your quad bike. All the quad bikes are automatic so you can concentrate on manoeuvring these agile offroaders.
Once the practice session is over, you’ll venture into 300 acres of prime Perthshire hillside, complete with forest tracks, humps, cobbles, steep assents and descents. Driving your quad bike in this environment is challenging and fun, keeping up with your group and staying on the track! You’ll then travel through a custom built amphitheatre before hitting an custom built assault course where you can really put these vehicles through their paces!
On the trip look out for local fauna and flora. On many of the quad treks you’ll see Red Deer, Squirrels and Birds of Prey.
