Delivered to you as soon as you order, your gift pack includes all information about your chosen experience, booking information everything else they need to have a great day out!
The experience starts when you give the voucher and they can book straight away using our easy online booking system. All vouchers are valid for a year, ensuring they've got time to enjoy.

Real-time E-ticketing
The Gift Experience Scotland e-ticket is a quick way to present your experience of a lifetime! Select an E-ticket and receive it real-time by email within a minute of ordering, 24 hours a day.
Your e-ticket gives you all the information you require about the experience and can be easily printed off on all home printers (both Black & White and colour).
Included in your e-ticket is a unique security number, Information about the experience booked and information about redemption.
Please note these important points about e-ticketing:
- The E-ticket does not guarantee a particular date and time for an experience,
- You MUST take a print out of the e-ticket on your experience,
- You can buy open voucher E-tickets, giving complete flexibility!
Delivery times
All vouchers are posted by Gift Experience Scotland usually the same or next working day you purchase them. They are sent first class Royal Mail. Remember, E-tickets come by e-mail.
Expected times
Minimum delivery time is one day. We aim to mail vouchers as close to this timescale as possible. Maximum delivery times shouldn't be more than 7 days.
Special Delivery
We offer special delivery which ensures next (weekday) day delivery before 1pm to 99% of properties and businesses in the UK, guaranteed. For a flat fee of £5 you can take advantage of Special Delivery by selecting it on the checkout page.
Special delivery orders are sent same working day on orders placed before 2.30pm weekdays.
Christmas 2011
The last posting dates for Christmas 2011 for First Class (free) post is Tuesday 20 December 2011. The last date for Special Delivery (£5) is Thursday 22 December 2011.
