Perth, Tay, St Andrews & Tay Bridges Tour
This helicopter tour of Eastern Scotland crams more sights per mile than any other helicopter tour in the UK! Taking off from the grounds of Scone Palace near Perth , this trip flies east along the Tay Valley to the East Neuk of Fife.
Flying over Perth Racecouse we head first to the city of Perth, the ancient capital of Scotland. Look down on the garden city’s streets, park lands and river as we traverse across the city at 2000 foot. From here we follow the river Tay east, flying into the Kingdom of Fife and towards St Andrews.
Once we arrive over St Andrews you’ll experience amazing views over this picturesque and historic University town. See the many alumni buildings and historical St Andrews Castle and Cathedral below as we follow the coastline towards the Old Course, the home of the Royal and Ancient Golf association and the home of golf.
After a tour of the golf courses and St Andrews Bay, which features one of the longest continuous sandy beaches in Scotland, we fly west past RAF Lauchers airbase to the Tay road and rail bridges. Watch trains and cars cross the bridge and fishing boats ply the river as you fly up stream towards Perth.
At the end of the trip why not enjoy a tour of Scone Palace, open daily throughout the year.

Experience Duration: 25 minutes plus preperation time. Allow 1 hour.
Weather: Can be done in favourable weather conditions.
Restrictions: Min age 3 (under 12 must be accompanied), Max weight 20 stone. Passengers with epilepsy can not fly. Flying subject to weather conditions and air traffic control. Flying season runs March - October.
Spectators: Welcome to observe from the helipad on take off and landing.
