I have an open voucher, how do I redeem it?
To redeem an open voucher navigate through our website and choose an experience. When you check out you’ll have the opportunity to enter a discount code in the ‘your details’ section of the check out. Enter your open value voucher number there.
I have not received my voucher that I purchased!
We send all vouchers the same or next working day that we receive the order. You will receive an email when the voucher has dispatched, with the tracking code if you selected special delivery.
If you have not received a post voucher within 5 days then please contact us and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent.
I have an experience, how do I book?
If you have an experience voucher for a specific experience, follow the instructions on the voucher. For open value vouchers you need to redeem it on our website. Follow the instructions on your voucher.
Can multiple people take part at the same time
Generally the answer is yes, however please check with us if you are unsure. Events such as Helicopter tours can be flown with up to 4 guests on board.
Is booking on GiftExperienceScotland.com secure?
Yes, 100% secure. We use Sagepay for all secure payments who are the UK’s leading internet payment provider. All information entered on the check out on Gift Experience Scotland is also secured. You can tell the page is secure by the padlock in your computers web browser. Read more about our website security.
Can I see how the voucher will look before I book?
Yes! See what our experience voucher pack looks like. You can also customise your voucher with a free personal message!
I need a last minute gift pack!
No problem! You can either choose to receive your gift voucher by Royal Mail Special Delivery (which is guaranteed to be with you next working day before 1pm) or you can select an E-ticket which is guaranteed to be with you within 15 seconds of your order.
What restrictions are in place for experience goers?
Each and every experience is different but if there are any specific restrictions then you can find out about them in the ‘Useful information’ section of the product information.
The experience I purchased is no longer available for sale?
Don’t worry! If the experience is no longer available for sale this doesn’t mean that you can’t get that experience. If in the unlikely even we are unable to provide you with the experience, we’ll arrange an alternative.
What insurance is provided for experiences?
Each individual activity has its own insurance cover. Gift Experience Scotland ensures that all experiences sold are covered with adequate insurance and evidence is inspected annually. You can request full details of the insurance cover from the experience provider when you book your experience date.
I have lost my voucher!
If you have lost your experience voucher the purchaser of the voucher will need to login to Gift Rewards. They you can email or download a duplicate voucher from your order history.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available up to 14 days after the date of purchase, as long as the voucher has not been activated (redeemed).
Can I pay by cheque?
Unfortunately Gift Experience Scotland does not accept cheques as payment for an experience.
Buying vouchers from overseas
Simply enter your details in the customer details on our checkout (wherever you are in the world) and then enter their delivery details in the UK. We’ll confirm the order to you by email and ship the voucher direct to them. Alternatively request E-ticket delivery and we’ll email you the voucher straight away.
Does Gift Experience Scotland deliver the experiences?
No, we are an agent which means we sell experiences for experience companies. We carefully pick our suppliers to ensure quality and consistency of delivery.

If you have any concerns or immediate feedback about an experience that you are booked on (or are on now) then you must voice your concerns to the company your experience is with. We can not discuss complaints or problems that have not been raised at the time.

My voucher has expired!
Our experience vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving you an extended time to redeem the experience. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
