About Your Experience
This cocktail making evening offers a great fun introduction to the world of mixology. You'll be welcomed to the Hawke & Hunter bar in Edinburgh City Centre where you will have the opportunity to meet and chat with the other experience goers at the event.
At the start of the evening, your expert mixologist (cocktail maker) will provide a demonstration and talk you through the theory of creating excellent cocktails, explaining the different equipment and techniques used to make the perfect cocktail. You'll learn what alcohols and mixers work well together to create iconic cocktails such as the Cosmopolitan and the Mojito.
It's then time for the real fun to begin as you take your turn behind the bar and get mixing! During the course of the evening, you'll enjoy 3 of your favourite cocktails accompanied with some tasty bar snacks.
This is a fantastic experience to begin any great night out! Make sure you don't miss visiting the Secret Garden, a green jewel hidden away at the back of the venue snuggled under outdoor canopies.
