About Your Experience
This excellent off-road driving brings together a top of the range 4x4 and the best Scottish offroading for a 1 hour experience for up to three drivers.At the start of this experience, you’ll have the choice of driving either the iconic Range Rover or sporty Range Rover Sport. Which ever vehicle you choose you’ll be driving one of the best offroaders available, which is top of it’s class. These cars combine raw off-road power, coupled with the latest technology, all of which is at your fingertips in the car. Being inside the Range Rover or Range Rover Sport is quite an experience and the vehicles used on this course are top of the range.
After a familiarisation with the vehicle you’ll venture out onto the custom built off-road driving range. Here you will be able to put your 4x4 through it’s paces, negotiating hazards, steep ascents and descents, water courses and muddy terrain. Your driving will be observed by a fully trained Land Rover Instructor who will offer tips and support during the experience. Depending on your skill level, they’ll suggest different techniques and enhance your skills.
You’ll also be able to witness first hand the different driving configurations of the vehicle as you change the car’s set up through the onboard computer. This will give you a real appreciation for the technological advances in these high-tech offroaders.
This experience is for up to three people and you share the driving between you. Being a passenger on this experience is an amazing experience in itself and the course looks a lot different from the back seat!
